The Ministry of Housing Project was developed and executed by the group in partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Housing as part of its initiatives to provide suitable housing for citizens. Located in the northern area of Riyadh, west of the airport, the project consists of 448 residential apartments allocated to beneficiaries of the Ministry’s housing programs. The development stands out for its high construction quality, premium finishing standards, and comprehensive facilities, reflecting the group’s commitment to supporting national housing initiatives and improving residential living standards in the Kingdom.
